Ketter Canoeing sells kayaks, too! Ketter Canoeing originally made its name and reputation selling canoes for touring the BWCA and racing. Since around 2000, we've also been quietly learning and selling kayaks, as well. At this point, we are one of the largest dealers of composite kayaks in the region, and have a demo fleet with nearly every boat in the Current Designs catalog. From the Kestrel to the Stratus, we can introduce you to the boat to fit your touring or recreational paddling. Just one thing - we don't handle whitewater boats. That is a very specialized market, and we try to focus on being experts in our fields. We also offer a full compliment of necessities and accessories for your kayak, from kayak specific PFDs, sprayskirts, paddles from Current Designs, Legend and others, deck bags, pumps, floats, and carts. In addition to the full line of Current Designs kayaks, we may also be able to help you or point you in the right direction if you are looking for a specialty boat (surf ski, racing K1, etc). Our staff does spend a fair amount of time playing with fast toys!
