Trips & Tours

In addition to just renting you a canoe and pointing at the river, we also offer guided tours to some of the more interesting spots in the greater Twin Cities area.  Last year's trips included the Crow River, Rice Creek above Arden Hills, the Rum River, and a great trip on the Mississippi through the locks.  This year we are planning a trip on the Elk River, Crow River, St Croix, and maybe sneak something else in as well.  These trips are guided by very experienced paddlers, often Kenn and Beth come along, and include a good snack and drinks along the way. 

Our trips are geared toward paddlers with at least minimal experience, and aren't always particularly suited for younger kids.  However, if you are interested in coming, and want to purchase a lesson beforehand, give Kenn a call.  He still maintains there isn't a person alive who can't learn to paddle in an hour or so!
